CALLISTO DESIGNER WINS NATIONAL DESIGN AWARD!

Callisto Design's Interior Designer, Nikita Pearce has won the 2010 KBB Review Young Designer Award for Kitchens. The judges were impressed by Nikita’s transformation of an awkward space and her ability to accommodate the clients’ very specific physical needs.

Nikita received the award from Hugh Dennis in front of 800 guests from across the breadth of the Kitchens, Bedrooms and Bathrooms industry, at the Birmingham Hilton Metropole. The prestigious annual awards are in their 16th year and are the pinnacle of the industry. They are designed to reward and acknowledge excellence in room design, product innovation and business practice within the kitchen and bathroom industry in the UK.

Andrew Davies, head judge and editor of kbbreview magazine, who host the awards, remarked: “Nikita has done fantastically well and I would like to congratulate her on behalf of everyone at kbbreview. Her design really did stand out from the others and she should be very proud of herself. There has never been such a challenging time in the kitchen and bathroom industry and the awards were a great opportunity to reward excellence and hard work. Well done!”
